Research on the Relationship between Challenge Hindrance Stressor of Operating Room Nurses and Psychological Capital,Emotional Labor
Objective To investigate and analyze the relationship between the challenge hindrance stressor of operating room nurses and their psychological capital,emotional labor status,and outcomes.Methods The snowball sampling method was used to select operating room nurses from Grade Ⅲ hospitals who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria as the research subjects.Data was collect-ed and analyzed with a General Information Questionnaire,a Challenge Hindrance Stressoror Scale,a Capital Questionnaire,and an Emotional Labor Scale.Results The total scores of the Challenge Hindrance Stressoror Scale,Emotional Labor Scale,and Capital Questionnaire for operating room nurses were(38.65±6.87),(50.01±10.51),and(96.33±16.91)score,respectively.There is a significant positive correlation between challenging stressor and various dimensions of psychological capital,as well as the deep role of emotional labor and the dimension of emotional expression requirements.challenge hindrance stressor is significantly negatively correlated with various dimensions of psychological capital and the deep play dimension of emotional labor,and significantly positive-ly correlated with the emotional expression requirements and surface play dimension of emotional labor.The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that resilience and emotional expression requirements have a positive predictive effect on challenging stres-sor,emotional expression requirements also have a positive predictive effect on challenge hindrance stressor,and optimism has a neg-ative moderating effect on challenge hindrance stressor.Conclusion The challenge hindrance stressor of operating room nurses be-longs to the above average level,mainly characterized by challenge hindrance stressor,which is directly related to their high psycho-logical capital and emotional labor mainly through deep role-playing.
