Application of Danger Prediction Training Model Combined with Escape Room Teaching in Pediatric Emergency Nurse Training
Objective To explore the practical effect of combining danger prediction training model with escape room teaching in the training of pediatric emergency nurses.Methods A total of 46 pediatric emergency nurses from Grade A hospital in Wuhan city,Hubei province from January to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,and received routine training model,danger prediction training model,and escape room teaching model,re-spectively.The performance,emergency response ability,critical thinking ability,and risk identification ability of the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical and emergency skills assessment scores,emergency response ability,critical thinking ability,and nursing risk identification ability of the research group were all better than those of the control group,and the differences were statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of danger prediction training model and escape room teaching has shown good results in the training of pediatric emergency nurses,effectively improving their theoretical and emergency skills and compre-hensive abilities,and is worth promoting.
