Application of Bundled Management Combined with Process-based Teaching Method in Standardized Training Teaching in Operating Room
Objective To explore the application effect of the process-based teaching method of bundled management in standard-ized training of operating room nurses.Methods Convenience sampling was used to select 117 nurses of standardized training in op-erating room as the research subjects.The control group received traditional teaching methods,while the observation group received combination of bundled management and process-based teaching methods.Results The observation group achieved higher scores in subject assessment,comprehensive quality evaluation,teaching evaluation,and the full score rate of clinical nursing teacher teaching quality than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of bundled management combined with process-based teach-ing method in the teaching of standardized training nurses in operating rooms has significant advantages,improving the theoretical and operational assessment scores and comprehensive abilities of standardized training nurses,stimulating learning enthusiasm and initiative,enhancing learning effectiveness as well.
