目的 分析重庆市石柱县桥头镇优质医疗资源下沉基层现状及存在的问题,提出针对性的建议与对策,促进优质医疗资源下沉.方法 随机抽取 330 名桥头镇村民开展问卷调查,选取 5 名桥头镇卫生院工作人员进行定性访谈,采用SPSS 26.0 和MAXQDA软件对数据进行分析.结果 桥头镇优质医疗资源下沉初见成效,但整体来说仍面临优质医疗资源下沉方式单一、地方财政资金投入不足、卫生院基础建设落后、人才匮乏且专科能力不强、村民就医选择行为固化等问题.结论 要加大对桥头镇卫生院财政资金投入力度,强化机构人才队伍和医院信息化建设,完善下沉机制,做好村民医疗政策及健康教育宣传工作等,促进优质医疗资源下沉.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the status and existing problems of high-quality medical resources sinking to the grassroots in Qiaotou Town,Shizhu County,Chongqing,and propose targeted suggestions and countermeasures to promote the sinking of high-quality medical resources.Methods 330 villagers from Qiaotou town were randomly selected for a questionnaire survey,and 5 staff members from Qiaotou Town Health Center were selected for qualitative interviews.SPSS 26.0 and MAXQDA software were used to analyze the data.Results The sinking of high-quality medical resources in Qiaotou town has shown initial results,but overall,it still faces problems such as a single way of sinking high-quality medical resources,insufficient local financial investment,backward in-frastructure construction of health centers,lack of personnel and weak specialized capabilities,and fixed behavior of villagers in choosing medical treatment.Conclusion It is necessary to increase the financial investment in Qiaotou town health center,strength-en the personnel team and hospital information construction,improve the sinking mechanism,and do a good job in village medical policies and health education publicity to promote the sinking of high-quality medical resources.
