Research on Strategies for Improving Scientific Research Innovation Thinking Ability of Medical Academic Postgraduates
Based on the current problems of low interest in scientific research,passive scientific research,unclear research ideas,unsystematic experimental scheme design,outdated and fragmented thinking,and poor innovation ability among medical academic postgraduates,as well as the practical significance of cultivating medical academic postgraduates,improving their scientific research innovation thinking ability will be the core part of graduate education.Based on the current status,existing problems,and output orientation of postgraduates training,this paper proposes a construction strategy for enhancing the innovative awareness and innovative thinking ability of medical academic postgraduates through the PDCA cycle combined with multiple teaching mode.Practice has shown that this strategy,centered around the PDCA cycle and combined with various teaching modes,aims to stimulate the internal drive and innovative thinking of medical academic postgraduates,and improve the quality of medical academic postgraduates.
