Exploring the Collaborative and Integrated Training Path of Core Competencies in Elderly Care for Higher Vocational Nursing Students from the Perspective of New Quality Productivity
Based on the analysis of the necessity of collaborative and integrated training of core competencies in elderly care from the perspective of new quality productivity at the national,social,school,and student levels,a questionnaire survey was conducted to analyze the requirements for core competencies in elderly care among higher vocational nursing students.It was proposed that the three parties of"higher vocational colleges""hospitals and communities"and"higher vocational nursing students"should be developed in a collaborative promotion,and the three parties of"standard integration""process integration"and"employment integration"should be interlocked in a circular improvement.The guarantee of personnel training resources should be implemented to form a systematic and distinctive"three collaboration and three integration"cultivation path for the training of general and specialized elderly nursing personnel,providing reference for enhancing the core competencies of higher vocational nursing students in elderly care.
