摘要
面对新一轮医改带来的巨大变化和挑战,公立医院发展策略需要从扩张型转变为质量效益型,实现精细化管理,在符合经济运行成本要求下回归公益属性.徐州医科大学附属医院以价值观引领的高质量转型发展之路,取得了良好成效,为新时代大型公立医院改革发展提供了实践经验.
Abstract
Faced with the enormous changes and challenges brought by the new round of medical reform,the development strategy of public hospitals needs to shift from the expansion-based model to the quality and efficiency-based model,achieve refined management,and return to public welfare attributes while meeting the requirements of economic operating cost.The high-quality transformation and development path led by values at the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University has achieved good results,providing practical experience for the reform and development of large public hospitals in the new era.
