摘要
学生党建和思想政治工作作为高职院校落实立德树人根本任务的重要内容和实施途径,二者的协同融合有利于学校人才培养模式的进一步优化."三全育人"格局的构建,促使育人主体从单一走向全面,育人过程从阶段走向整体,育人视野从平面走向立体,为高职院校推动学生党建和思想政治工作协同融合提供了有力的理论支持和实践路径.
Abstract
Students'party building and Ideological&Political work are important contents and implementation methods for higher vocational colleges to implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and personnel.The collaborative integration of them is conducive to further optimizing the personnel training model of the school.The construction of the"Three-wide Education"pattern has promoted the education subject to move from a single to a comprehensive one,the education process to move from stages to a whole,and the education perspective to move from a flat to a three-dimensional development.It provides strong theoretical support and practical paths for higher vocational colleges to promote the collaborative integration of students'party building and Ideological&Political work.
