Exploration and Reform of Medical Postgraduate Course System Focusing on Top-notch Innovation Ability:Taking Chongqing Medical University as an Example
The course education for medical postgraduates is the fundamental way to construct their knowledge structure and cultivate their innovative abilities.A questionnaire survey was conducted on 1 623 postgraduates from Chongqing Medical University,and the results showed that the overall evaluation of public courses was higher than that of professional courses,but the course system still needs further improvement.Public courses should adjust their teaching methods to enhance teaching effectiveness and postgraduates'sense of achievement.The evaluation of the four modules of elective courses is inconsistent,and it is necessary to strengthen the construction of courses related to postgraduate vocational needs.The practical application of professional courses is not strong,and it is necessary to strengthen the cultivation of innovative practical abilities.Based on the problems exposed in the questionnaire survey,this paper proposes a"1-2-2-2"course system reform path with the goal of cultivating top-notch innovation ability in medicine,in order to provide useful reference for cultivating medical personnel with top-notch innovation ability.
