To achieve the organic integration of"post-course-competition-certificate",stimulate the nursing students'professional spirit of advocating rigor,meticulousness,and continuous excellence,and continuous cultivate clinical nursing personnel with clinical decision-making ability,comprehensive nursing technical operation ability,interpersonal communication ability,teamwork ability,and strong post competency.Based on this,it is proposed to use"Airway Nursing for Stroke Tracheostomy Patients"as an example in Basic Nursing course of nursing major.Real clinical scenarios are used as cases,and the OSCE training method of nursing skills competition is adopted to reform and practice the teaching of Basic Nursing course.The aim is to improve nursing students'critical thinking ability and nursing technical operation ability to enhancing their clinical ability and teaching quality of teachers.
