Application of Guided Teaching Method Combined with Reflection Log in the Teaching of General Surgery Nursing Interns
60 nursing interns in general surgery from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into a control group and a research group.The control group was taught by conventional teaching methods,and the research group was taught by guided teaching method combined with reflection log.The core competencies of the surgical nursing interns were assessed by the Nurses'Core Competency Evaluation Scale,the self-efficacy of the surgical nursing interns was assessed by the General Self-efficacy Scale,and the theoretical and operative assessment scores before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups of interns,and a self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the teaching satisfaction of the interns of the two groups to explore the effectiveness of the guided teaching method combined with the reflection log in the teaching of general surgery nursing interns.The results showed that the use of guided teaching method combined with reflection log in the teaching of general nursing interns can improve their core competence and self-efficacy,and also improve their teaching satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
