Practice Research on Intensive Training Model of Scientific Research Innovation Ability of Nursing Undergraduates
To investigate the effect of intensive training model on the practical application of nursing undergraduates'scientific research and innovation ability,and to provide a reference basis for the reform of nursing education and teaching.313 Grade 2021 nursing undergraduates with scientific research experience in a certain university in Guangxi from October 2022 to March 2023,62 nursing students were set up as the experimental group based on the principle of voluntary enrollment,and 62 nursing students were set up as the control group randomly among the remaining nursing students.The experimental group was based on nursing undergraduates'scientific research and innovation ability intensive training model,and intensive training was implemented on the basis of the regular courses,the control group learned naturally through the regular courses of the school,and no additional intensive training was implemented.At the end of the training,we compared the scores and outputs of nursing students'scientific research and innovation ability of the two groups,compared the scores of scientific research ability and the quality of thesis of the experimental group before and after the training,and collected evaluations of the teaching effect after the training.The results showed that the intensive training model as a carrier,outcome-based nursing undergraduates'scientific research and innovation training practice can improve their scientific research ability and cultivate their innovative thinking.
