基于微信平台的清单式教学模式在护理实习带教中的应用

目的 探讨基于微信平台的清单式教学模式在护理实习带教中的应用效果。方法 选取在宁夏医科大学总医院胸外科实习的护理学专业学生作为研究对象,按照临床实习时间先后分为对照组(n=50)和实验组(n=48),对照组采用一对一传统的跟班式教学模式,实验组采用基于微信平台的清单式教学模式。实习结束后,比较两组护生理论与实践综合测评成绩、对实习带教的满意度评分以及带教教师对两组护生的满意度评分。结果 实验组护生出科理论和实践综合测评成绩均高于对照组(P<0。05);实验组护生对实习带教的满意度评分高于对照组(P<0。05);带教教师对实验组护生的满意度评分高于对照组(P<0。05)。结论 基于微信平台的清单式教学模式可保证护理实习带教效果,提高护生带教满意度,提升临床护理实习带教质量。
Application of Checklist-based Teaching Model Based on WeChat Platform in Nursing Internship Teaching
Objective To explore the application effect of checklist-based teaching model based on WeChat platform in nursing internship teaching.Methods Nursing students from the thoracic surgery department of General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into the control group(n=50)and the experimental group(n=48)according to the date of clinical internship,the control group received the traditional one-to-one classroom teaching model,and the experimental group received the checklist-based teaching model based on the WeChat platform.At the end of the internship,the scores of the two groups were compared with each other in terms of the comprehensive evaluation scores of theory and practice,the satisfaction ratings of the internship teaching and the satisfaction ratings of the teachers towards two groups nursing students.Results The comprehensive theoretical and practical assessment scores of the experimental group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of the experimental group towards internship teaching were higher than those in control group(P<0.05),and teachers'satisfaction scores towards the experimental group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The checklist-based teaching model based on WeChat platform can ensure the effect of nursing internship teaching,improve nursing students'satisfaction with teaching,and enhance the quality of clinical nursing internship teaching.
