"岗课赛证"四位一体化高职护理专业人才培养模式的探索与实践

目的 探索"岗课赛证"四位一体化高职护理专业人才培养模式,为社会提供以岗位胜任力为导向,满足社会需求的复合型高素质高技能护理人才。方法 于 2023 年 5 月至 2024 年 2月,采用目的抽样方法,选取商丘市某高职院校护理专业420 名学生为研究对象,开展对照研究。结果 实验组学生学习态度、公共基础课理论成绩、专业课理论成绩、专业课实训操作成绩好于对照组(P<0。05),取得 1+X职业技能等级证书的比例、参加护理/助产等相关职业技能竞赛的比例、参赛获奖的比例、竞赛获高级别奖的比例均高于对照组(P<0。05)。实验组学生对教学内容、教学方式、教学方法多样性、提升沟通表达能力、提升团队协作能力、提升病情掌握分析能力、提高解决问题能力、提升临床实践与社会服务能力的满意度均高于对照组(P<0。05)。结论 "岗课赛证"四位一体化人才培养模式有助于提高高职护生的学习成绩、专业素质和综合能力,且学生认可度较高。建议在高职护理专业教学中,采用课程教学与工作岗位、资格证考试和技能大赛融为一体的教学模式,从而有效为高职院校培养满足社会需求的复合型高素质高技能护理人才。
Exploration and Practice of the Four in One Integrated Nursing of Personnel Training Model in Higher Vocational Education of"Post-Course-Competition-Certificate"
Objective To explore the four in one integrated nursing of personnel training model in higher vocational education of"post-course-competition-certificate",and provide society with composite high-quality and skilled nursing personnel guided by post competence and meeting social needs.Methods From May 2023 to February 2024,a purposive sampling method was used to select 420 nursing students from a higher vocational college in Shangqiu City as the research subjects for a comparative study.Results The experimental group had better learning attitudes,theoretical scores in public basic courses,theoretical scores in professional courses,and practical operation scores in professional courses than the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of students who obtained 1+X vocational skill level certificates,participated in nursing/midwifery related vocational skill competitions,won awards,and received high-level awards in competitions were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of experimental group students with teaching content,teaching modes,diversity of teaching methods,improvement of communication and expression skills,enhancement of teamwork skills,improvement of disease mastery and analysis skills,improvement of problem-solving skills,and en-hancement of clinical practice and social service abilities were all higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The four in one integrated personnel training model of"post-course-competition-certificate"is helpful in improving the academic perfor-mance,professional quality,and comprehensive ability of higher vocational colleges nursing students,and has a high degree of stu-dent recognition.It is recommended to adopt a teaching model that integrates course teaching with post positions,qualification ex-ams,and skill competitions in higher vocational nursing education,so as to effectively cultivate composite high-quality and skilled nursing personnel that meet social needs for higher vocational colleges.
