Application of Nursing Clinical Thinking Training Case Database in Practical Teaching of Nursing Major in Higher Vocational Education with Three and Two Stages
Objective To explore the application effect of nursing clinical thinking training case database in practical teaching of nursing major in higher vocational students with three and two stages.Methods A cluster sampling method was used to select nursing students from a certain higher vocational college in Shanxi Province in Grade 2022(control group)and 2023(observation group)as the research subjects.The clinical critical thinking ability and teaching performance of the two groups of students were compared.Results The total score of clinical critical thinking ability,open thinking,analytical ability,systematic ability,thirst for knowledge,and cognitive maturity dimensions in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The comprehensive teaching scores,regular grades,and final grades of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion By applying the nursing clinical thinking training case database to the practical teaching of the nursing major with three and two stages of higher vocational education,and using the PBL+CBL combined teaching mode,the organic unity of stu-dent-centered and teacher-led teaching model and the cultivation of self-taught ability and clinical critical thinking ability can be achieved.
