摘要
挖掘护理管理学课程中的思政元素,探索将"渐进式"课程思政融入护理管理学教学.结果表明,"渐进式"课程思政融入护理管理学教学有助于增强学生职业认同感,将思政元素适当融入相应的教学内容教学效果较好,有望在护理学专业其他课程的课程思政改革中进行推广,以提升本科护理专业人才培养质量.
Abstract
To explore Ideological&Political elements in Nursing Management course and explore the integration of"progressive"Ideological&Political education into the teaching of Nursing Management.The results show that the integration of"progressive"Ideological&Political education into the teaching of Nursing Management can help to enhance the students'sense of professional identity,and the integration of Ideological&Political elements into the corresponding teaching content is effective,and it is expected to be popularized in the reform of Ideological&Political education in other courses of the nursing major to enhance the quality of personnel cultivation for nursing undergraduate.
