Investigation on the Status of Hospital Management Talents in Shandong Province and Exploration of Cultivation Strategies
Objective To investigate the status of hospital management talents in Shandong Province and explore improvement strategies for the cultivation model of hospital management talents.Methods A stratified random sampling survey was conducted on 1 828 hospital staffs in Shandong Province.χ2 test,rank-sum test,and logistic regression analysis were used to statistically analyze the data.Results 79.16%of hospital staffs believe that hospitals need management talents.There are statistically significant differences(P<0.05)among the four types of hospital staffs in terms of the degree of demand for hospital talents,knowledge structure,evaluation of the importance of each work link,recognition of the importance of each job,and job satisfaction.Conclusion Based on the social demand for hospital management talents,this paper explores the cultivation path of compound hospital management talents in universities from the aspects of optimizing the cultivation model,reforming the course install,improving the ability and quality structure,and strengthening the construction of teaching staffs,so as to provide reference suggestions for cultivating specialized,professional,and high-quality hospital management talents.
