Objective To learn the status and influencing factors of work prosperity among advanced nurses.Methods A survey of 117 advenced nurses was conducted with General Information Questionnaire and Work Prosperity Scale,and a semi-structured interview was conducted with 13 advanced nurses by purposive sampling to learn the factors influencing their work prosperity.Results The total score of the Work Prosperity Scale of advanced nurses was(54.79±4.83)score,and the difference of the Work Prosperity Scale scores of advanced nurses with different ages,qualifications and positions was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of the interviews were distilled into 2 themes,including positive and negative factors.Positive factors included positive learning atmosphere,patient teaching by the instructors,and fulfillment of emotional value,negative factors included self-factors and external factors.Conclusion The work prosperity among advanced nurses is in the middle to high level.Nursing managers should pay attention to advanced nurses'work prosperity,and propose targeted interventions to improve their work prosperity level,enhance their adaptability in the trainers,and promote their positive growth in the training period to improve the quality of learning.
