Correlation Study on the Learning of Social Support,Gratitude,and Self-taught Ability among Secondary Vocational Nursing Students
Objective To explore the relationship between the learning of social support,gratitude,and self-taught ability among secondary vocational nursing students,and to provide new ideas for improving their self-taught ability.Methods From March to May 2023,437 secondary vocational nursing students from a health school in Shandong Province were selected and surveyed with a General Information Questionnaire,the Perceived Social Support Scale,the Gratitude Scale,and the Nursing Professional Student Self-taught Ability Evaluation Scale.Results The score of self-taught ability for secondary vocational nursing students was(101.88±16.44)score.The main factors influencing the self-taught ability of secondary vocational nursing students were their learning of social support,gratitude,whether they voluntarily chose nursing major,and whether they served as class cadres entering the regression equation(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-taught ability of secondary vocational nursing students is at a moderate level and needs further improvement.The higher the level of social support and gratitude that nursing students perceive,the stronger their ability to self-taught.Teachers should actively carry out gratitude education,enhance students'perception of social support,and further improve their self-taught ability.
