Analysis of the Status and Needs for Teaching Ability Training of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Clinical Teachers under the Background of Collaborative Nursing and Education
Survey questionnaire was conducted on the status and demand of teaching ability training for clinical teachers of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in 280 traditional Chinese medicine nursing clinical teachers of 5 teaching hospitals of nursing education collaborative education bases at a certain university of Chinese medicine with convenience sampling method to learn the status and demand for teaching ability training for clinical teachers of traditional Chinese medicine nursing under the background of nursing education collaboration.The results indicate that clinical teachers of traditional Chinese medicine nursing have a high evaluation of teaching ability training,and the training effect has been recognized to some extent.At the same time,some clinical teachers have raised some problems in terms of training content and form.The demand for teaching ability training is urgent and presents characteristics of diversity and balance.In the future,it is necessary to pay attention to the opinions and needs of clinical teachers in traditional Chinese medicine nursing for teaching ability training,arrange training content reasonably,improve teaching forms and provide better training conditions for clinical teachers in traditional Chinese medicine nursing to enhance their teaching level and further cultivate higher-quality nursing personnel.
