Research Status and Future Prospects of Domestic Family Doctors Based on CiteSpace
Objective To analyze research status,hotspots and development trends of domestic family doctors,and to provide reference for the promotion of high-quality development of family doctors contracting service.Methods CiteSpace 6.2.R4 was used to statistically analyze the literature characteristics,research themes and research trends of 537 domestic family doctors'research articles in CNKI from 2014 to 2023,and to draw the knowledge map.Results Domestic family doctors'research has experienced a rapid rise and then a decline,but the popularity does not diminish,research cooperation and academic exchanges are not close enough,and a closely-connected academic community has not yet been formed,the research mainly focuses on the summary of the service model of the family doctors,the influencing factors,how to promote the hierarchical healthcare,and the evaluation of the effect of the four themes.Conclusion The research on domestic family doctors is in the development stage,the national policy promotes the development of family doctors'research,the research hotspots focuses on the analysis and summary of the status of the implementation of family doctors'policy,and the implementation of family doctors'policy in economically underdeveloped areas needs to be explored.
