The integration and improvement of medical prevention have added new connotations to the training of medical personnel.The complexity of the integration of medicine and prevention determines that the cultivation of medical personnel needs to break through traditional disciplinary barriers and integrate multiple fields such as medicine,prevention,and public health to adapt to mod-elrn medical models.The current medical personnel training system has not yet implemented the concept of a health center,and has not formed an interdisciplinary collaborative training system.The organic connection and collaborative training ability between various disciplines are insufficient.To this end,it is necessary to strengthen the basic education system of colleges and universities,improve the post graduation education system,innovate the continuing education system,and thus form a medical personnel training system that conforms to the connotation of modelrn medical prevention integration.
