Research on the Construction of Quality Assurance System and High Quality Development Path of Vocational Education in Application-based Undergraduate Colleges
Application-based undergraduate colleges face multiple challenges in building a quality assurance system for vocational education and achieving high-quality development paths,especially in formulating teaching quality standards,improving practical teaching processes,and building teaching steam.Build a"12345"quality assurance system that deeply integrates internal monitoring and external evaluation of vocational education in medical colleges.Through the iterative cycle of self-evaluation and external evalua-tion,ensure that the quality of the entire personnel cultivation process is controllable,assessable,and sustainable.To improve the quality assurance system of vocational education,application-based undergraduate colleges also need to clarify quality assurance goals,establish organizational structures,improve the quality assurance system of vocational education,strengthen monitoring and e-valuation,and enhance the construction of teaching staff to better meet industry needs.A multidimensional evaluation system can comprehensively evaluate the effectiveness of the vocational education quality assurance system and ensure the quality of high-quali-ty application medical personnel cultivation.
