The development of new quality productivity has a more prominent demand for innovative and advanced personnel.Based on a comprehensive analysis of the common model of personnel cultivation in modern medical aesthetics technology major in higher vocational colleges,the"323"personnel cultivation model is constructed.Through the"three paths,two cores,and three cycles"and institutional practice,the quality of professional personnel cultivation is effectively improved to meet the market demand for medical beauty technology and provide new ideas for personnel cultivation in higher vocational medical aesthetics technology majors.
