Research on Status and Strategies of Collaborative Education between Graduates'Mentors and Counselors in Medical Colleges
Collecting data from mentors,counselors,and graduates at a medical colleges in Chongqing City,this study analyzes the problems and reasons in the process of collaborative education between mentors and counselors from the perspectives of three educa-tional subjects.Based on this,effective strategies for constructing a collaborative education mechanism are explored,and countermea-sures are proposed to fully equip and strengthen the counselor team,broaden collaborative education channels,clarify the responsi-bilities of collaborative education subjects,and improve various assessment and evaluation mechanisms to ensure the maximum syn-ergy of the two educational subjects.
