医联体背景下"一理三实"基层卫生人才培养模式探究

摘要
目前基层卫生人才队伍存在数量短缺、质量不高、人才引进困难等问题,医学高等专科学校肩负着培养基层卫生人才的任务,积极探索适应基层医疗机构环境的基层卫生人才培养模式具有重要意义.本研究基于医联体背景,构建了"一理三实"基层卫生人才培养模式,通过让学生早临床、多临床、反复临床及开展基层体验式工作,实现了教育资源和人才资源下沉基层,使学生了解基层、适应基层,增强了专科临床医学专业人才培养效果.
Abstract
At present,there are problems such as a shortage of quantity,low quality,and difficulties in personnel introduction in the grassroots health personnel.Medical colleges shoulder the task of cultivating grassroots health personnel,and actively exploring a grassroots health personnel training model that adapts to the environment of grassroots medical institutions is of great significance.This study is based on the background of medical consortia and constructs the"One Principle and Three Realities"training model for grassroots health personnel.By allowing students to undergo early clinical trials,multiple clinical trials,repeated clinical trials,and carry out experiential work at the grassroots level,it achieves the sinking of educational and personnel resources to the grassroots lev-el,enabling students to learn and adapt to the grassroots level,and enhancing the effectiveness of specialized clinical medicine per-sonnel training.
