摘要

医学临床实习作为医学生培养的必要一环,是医学生转变为医生的关键时期.受客观场域和主观心理的双重影响,如何加强医学实习生的思想政治教育已经成为高校育人管理急需解决的重要问题.本文探讨医学实习生思想政治教育面临的现实困境,包括教育内容单一、传统手段滞后、理论与实践脱节、社会变革与医学伦理适应性不足以及跨学科知识匮乏等;分析思想政治教育融入医学实习生教育的可行性及价值定位,探索医学实习生思想政治教育的破圈理路,为医学实习生思想政治教育提供新的思路和方法,进而提升教育质量,促进医学生全面发展.

Abstract

As necessary part of medical students'training,medical clinical internship is a critical period for medical students to transform into doctors.Under the dual influence of objective field and subjective psychology,how to strengthen medical interns'Ideo-logical&Political education has become an important issue that urgently needs to be addressed in the management of college educa-tion.This article explores the practical challenges faced by Ideological&Political education for medical interns,including a single e-ducational content,outdated traditional methods,a disconnect between theory and practice,insufficient adaptability to social change and medical ethics,and a lack of interdisciplinary knowledge.Analyze the feasibility and value positioning of integrating Ideological&Political education into medical internship education,explore the breakthrough path of Ideological&Political education for medical interns,provide new ideas and methods for Ideological&Political education for medical interns,thereby improving the quality of ed-ucation and promoting medical students'comprehensive development.
