Application of Part-time Homeroom Teacher Assisted Management Model Based on the Geese Formation Effect Theory in Clinical Nursing Practice Teaching for Nursing Students
Objective To explore the application effect of the part-time homeroom teacher assisted management model based on the geese formation effect theory in clinical nursing practice teaching for nursing students.Methods Nursing interns from a Grade-A hospital in Jiangsu Province were selected as the research subjects.The control group received the traditional clinical nursing practice teaching management model,while the experimental group received the part-time homeroom teacher assisted management model based on the geese formation effect theory.After the internship,the clinical teaching satisfaction,professional identity,and clinical communication ability of the two groups of nursing students were evaluated.Results The clinical teaching satisfaction,professional identity,and clinical nursing communication ability of the experimental group were better than those in control group.Conclusion The use of a part-time homeroom teacher assisted management model based on the geese formation effect theory in clinical nursing prac-tice teaching can strengthen the construction of nursing student teams during internships,improve the quality and satisfaction of nurs-ing student clinical internship teaching,enhance their professional identity towards nursing work,and improve their clinical commu-nication skills,thereby improving the level of clinical nursing practice teaching.This model has promotional value.
