Research and Practice on Formative Evaluation of Rehabilitation Function Assessment Course Based on OBE Concept
Objective To explore the application of formative assessment based on the goal outcome-based education(OBE)conce-pt in the teaching of rehabilitation function assessment courses. Methods 124 undergraduates majoring in rehabilitation therapy from Xuzhou Medical University were selected as the research subjects and divided into control group(66 people)and experimen-tal group(58 people). The control group received traditional teaching methods, while the experimental group received a formative ev-aluation teaching model based on the OBE concept. Finally, the application effect was evaluated by comparing the scores of the two groups of students and their Self-Evaluation Questionnaire scores. Results The excellent rate of the final exam and overall evaluation in the experimental group was significantly higher than those in the control group. In addition,90%of the students in the experimental group affirmed this teaching method. Conclusion The formative evaluation teaching model based on the OBE concept has enhanced students'enthusiasm and learning effectiveness for the course. Therefore, establishing an effective learning process supervision and feedback system is the direction for further optimization of this model.
