TSDF教学模式在护理学基础实践教学中的应用——以养老服务管理专业为例

目的 探讨TSDF(tell,激活;show,连接;do,归纳;feedback,反思)教学模式在养老服务管理专业护理学基础实践教学中的应用效果。方法 将 2021 级 48 名养老服务管理专业学生作为对照组,采用传统教学模式;将 2022 级 51 名养老服务管理专业学生作为观察组,采用TSDF教学模式,比较两组学生临床实践综合能力、自我导向学习能力、自主学习能力、实践技能操作考核成绩及对教学模式的满意度。结果 观察组临床实践综合能力、自我导向学习能力、自主学习能力、实践技能操作考核成绩及对教学模式的满意度均优于对照组(P<0。05)。结论 TSDF教学模式在养老服务管理专业护理学基础实践教学中的应用效果较好,值得推广。
Application of TSDF Teaching Model in Practice Teaching of Nursing Fundamentals:Taking Elderly Care Service Management as an Example
Objective To explore application effect of TSDF(tell;show;do;feedback)teaching model in the practical teaching of nursing fundamentals in the field of elderly care service management.Methods Grade 2021 48 students majoring in elderly care service management were selected as the control group and received traditional teaching methods.Grade 2022 51 students majoring in elderly care service management were selected as the observation group and received the TSDF teaching model,Then compared the clinical practice comprehensive ability,self-directed learning ability,self-taught ability,practical skill operation assessment scores,and satisfaction with the teaching model between the two groups.Results The comprehensive clinical practice comprehensive abili-ty,self-directed learning ability,self-taught ability,practical skill operation assessment score,and satisfaction with the teaching model of the observation group were all better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of TSDF teaching model in the practical teaching of nursing fundamentals in the field of elderly care service management is good and worthy of promotion.
