Research on the Impact and Countermeasures of Work-place Psychological Violence on Nursing Interns'Occupational Identity and Emotional Labor
Objective To investigate the status of psychological violence,occupational identity,and emotional labor experienced by nursing interns,explore the correlation between psychological violence and occupational identity,emotional labor,and provide refer-ence for nursing students to prevent psychological violence.Methods Convenience sampling was used to select 98 nursing interns as the research subjects,and the Psychological Violence Scale,Nurses'Occupational Identity Assessment Scale,and Nurses'Emotional Labor Scale were used for investigation.Results Age,education level,and internship satisfaction are factors that affect nursing stu-dents'perception of psychological violence.The psychological violence,occupational identity,and emotional labor experienced by nursing students are all at a moderate level.Psychological violence is negatively correlated with occupational identity and emotional labor.Conclusion Psychological violence is correlated with nursing students'occupational identity and emotional labor.Universities and teaching hospitals should enhance their ability to prevent and respond to psychological violence among nursing students,and help them form correct occupational values.
