Analysis on Nursing Interns'Current Situation and Influencing Factors of Evidence-based Nursing Practice Opportunities Perception
Objective To explore nursing interns'current situation and influencing factors of evidence-based nursing practice op-portunities perception.Methods Convenience sampling was used to select 149 nursing students who interned at four tertiary hospi-tals in Wuhan from February to April 2024 as the survey subjects.A questionnaire survey was conducted with the General Information Form,Evidence-based Nursing Practice Opportunity Perception Scale,and Evidence-based Nursing Practice Willingness Scale.Re-sults The score of the Evidence-based Nursing Practice Opportunity Perception Scale for nursing interns was(4.02±0.72)score,with higher scores in the organizational dimension and relatively lower scores in the nurse and patient dimensions.The results of mul-tiple factor analysis showed that the willingness to engage in nursing work,English proficiency level,and willingness to engage in evi-dence-based nursing practice were the influencing factors on nursing interns'perception of evidence-based nursing practice oppor-tunities(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing interns'perception of evidence-based nursing practice opportunities is at a high level,and nursing educators and managers should focus on improving nursing interns'perception of evidence-based nursing practice op-portunities.
