Investigation and Analysis on Factors Affecting the Quality of Equal Education Level Medical Master's Theses
The master's thesis is the final stage of academic education,which reflects the academic level and research ability of graduates.Its quality can reflect the comprehensive quality of graduates and the training ability of the trainer.Through a questionnaire survey of graduated and non-graduated medical masters,mentors,and relevant department managers of medical trainers,we aim to i-dentify the main factors that affect the quality of equal education level medical master in the new era from multiple dimensions,and provide targeted suggestions to improve the quality of their theses.
