Visual Analysis of the Current Research Status and Progress of AED Configuration Based on CiteSpace at Home and Abroad
Objective To sort out the relevant research literature on automated external defibrillator(AED)configuration in major databases at home and abroad, analyze the research hotspots and development trends in the field of AED configuration at home and abroad, and provide reference for the theoretical research and practice of AED configuration. Methods Retrieve relevant literature from the self built databases of CNKI Journal Database,Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform,VIP Chinese Journal Service Platform, and Web of Science Core Collection Database until December 31,2023.Use CiteSpace bibliometric software to visualize and analyze the retrieved Chinese and English literature. Results A total of 32 valid Chinese literature and 177 valid English literature were included. The research on AED configuration in China started later than abroad, and the overall number of publications at home and abroad has shown a significant upward trend since 2020.Domestic research institutions and scholars are mostly independent and lack academic cooperation, while foreign academic cooperation is more closely linked.Domestic research on AED configuration mostly focuses on the sociological level, conducting AED configuration research from a macro strategic perspective, with less attention paid to cardiac arrest patients and high-risk populations, while foreign countries pay more attention to the needs of cardiac arrest patients and high-risk populations. Conclusion Academic exchange and cooperation in the field of AED configuration research should be strengthened, and a systematic and digital cardiac arrest database should be established.Multi dimensional optimization research should be carried out from the needs analysis of cardiac arrest patients to the evaluation of the effectiveness of configuration, and CPR·D should be improved(cardiopulmonary resuscitation, defibrillation)training system is integrated into the entire process of AED configuration to achieve the goal of improving the survival rate of patients with cardiac arrest.
