Research on the Correlation between Nurses'Job-esteem and the Leisure Crafting
Objective To investigate the status of nurses'job-esteem and leisure crafting,and analyze the influencing factors of nurses'leisure crafting.Methods Convenience sampling was used to select 204 clinical nurses who worked at the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from July 2022 to July 2023 as the research subjects.General information survey,Nurses'Job-esteem Scale for Nurses in Hospital(JES-HV),and Leisure Crafting Scale were used to investigate them.Results The score of the Clinical Nurses'JES-HN Scale was(100.08±15.04)score,and the score of the Leisure Crafting Scale was(3.62±0.83)score,indicating a positive correlation between them.Professional competency,social trust and respect,professional authority and future val-ue are the influencing factors in nurses'leisure crafting.Conclusion The shaping of clinical nurses'leisure crafting and job-esteem are at a moderate to high level.Hospitals can adopt strategies at the personal,interpersonal,and social levels to enhance the profes-sional competence,social trust and respect,professional authority,and future value of clinical nurses,thereby reducing nurse burnout,improving work efficiency,and stabilizing the nursing personnel team.
