摘要
促进高职医学生基层就业既是湖南省基层卫生事业发展的需要,也是解决高职医学生充分就业的需要.本文从医学生基本情况、就业认知、就业意愿 3 个方面对高职医学生基层就业影响因素进行调研,基于生态系统原理,提出从宏观系统、外层系统、中间系统、微观系统 4 个维度构建"四位一体"高职医学生基层就业促进策略.
Abstract
Promoting grassroots employment for vocational medical students is not only necessary for the development of grassroots health care in Hunan province,but also for solving the need for full employment of vocational medical students.This article conducts a survey on the influencing factors of grassroots employment for vocational medical students from three aspects:basic situation of med-ical students,employment cognition,and employment willingness.Based on the principle of ecosystem,a"four in one"promotion strategy for grassroots employment of vocational medical students is proposed from four dimensions:macro system,outer system,in-termediate system,and micro system.
