Research on the Status and Countermeasures of Grassroots Rehabilitation Personnel Team in Lianyungang City
Objective To implement the spirit of relevant national policies and documents,and effectively enhance the level of con-struction and service capabilities of grassroots rehabilitation personnel team in Lianyungang city.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted and data analysis was conducted on 47 units including rehabilitation departments,community hospitals,rehabilitation specialty hospitals,and rehabilitation institutions in the three districts and three counties of Lianyungang city.Results There are sig-nificant differences in facility configuration,service capabilities,economic benefits,and personnel structure among rehabilitation in-stitutions in Lianyungang city,mainly due to deficiencies in the construction,training,and resource allocation strategies of rehabilita-tion personnel teams.Conclusion Rehabilitation institutions can cooperate with medical colleges to develop and improve the profes-sional standards for grassroots rehabilitation personnel in Lianyungang city.Standardized training can be provided for existing grass-roots rehabilitation practitioners in Lianyungang city to enhance the service level and capabilities of the existing rehabilitation per-sonnel team,thereby solving the problem of low medical level in grassroots rehabilitation institutions.Efforts should also be made to increase the training of applied rehabilitation personnel,explore the"order-based"personnel training model,improve grassroots medical security and personnel introduction policies,and guide rehabilitation personnel and medical services to go down to communi-ties and into families.
