Exploration and Reflection on the Personnel Cultivation Model of Seamless Integration Education of Undergraduate and Graduate in Colleges under the Background of New Medicine
The seamless integration education of undergraduate and graduate is an innovative educational model dedicated to building a close connection to comprehensively enhancing their academic level and competitiveness.This model aims to continuously optimize and improve the education system and teaching methods,strengthen the construction of teacher teams,focus on personalized training and management of students,promote international exchanges and cooperation,and enhance the quality of education.It is of great significance for achieving high-quality development of education and teaching and cultivating advanced technical personnel.The model of seamless integration education of undergraduate and graduate aims to adapt the personnel cultivation model to meet the needs of China's social-economic development,and has broad prospects and enormous potential in promoting the diversification and internationalization of higher education.It is expected to become one of the important development directions of China's higher education.However,in the implementation process,institutional barriers and implementation difficulties exist in the personnel cultivation model of seamless integration education of undergraduate and graduate,which need to be continuously improved and perfected to achieve philosophy and goals.
