Optimization Strategies for Teaching Abilities of"Double-position"Teachers of Secondary Vocational Schools in the Digital Economy Era
Under the trend of the digital economy era,the digital transformation of education provides new momentum and advantages for the high-quality development of vocational education,while also putting forward new requirements for the teaching ability of"double-position"teachers in secondary vocational schools.Faced with the practical difficulties of limited and low-quality digital teaching resources,rigid traditional teaching models,lack of innovation in teaching design,and imperfect digital evaluation systems,this paper proposes strategies to optimize teachers'teaching abilities,including establishing digital teaching concepts,developing digital teaching resources,strengthening digital ability training,establishing assessment and incentive mechanisms,innovating digital teaching models,and improving digital teaching evaluation mechanisms.The aim is to help"double-position"teachers of secondary vocational schools adapt to digital transformation and improve their teaching level.
