Research on the Application Effect of ADDIE Model Teaching Method in Nursing Teaching of Nephrology
Objective To explore the application effect of ADDIE model teaching method in clinical teaching of nursing interns in nephrology.Methods Nursing interns in the nephrology department of a Grade-A hospital in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and ob-servation group with the envelope method,80 nursing students in each group.The control group received the traditional face-to-face clinical teaching model,while the observation group received the ADDIE model teaching method for clinical internship teaching.After 4 weeks internship,compared the theoretical knowledge assessment scores and specialized operational skills assessment scores of two groups of nursing students in nephrology department,as well as their satisfaction with the clinical teachers'internship guidance.Re-sults After intervention,the observation group showed significantly higher scores in theoretical knowledge assessment,specialized operational skills assessment,and satisfaction with clinical teachers'internship guidance compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The ADDIE model teaching method can enhance nursing students'learning initiative in nephrology department,pro-mote the improvement of clinical teachers'professional ability and teaching level in nephrology department,and provide scientific basis for clinical teaching.
