TBL联合CP教学方法在神经内科本科实践教学中的应用研究

目的 探索TBL联合CP教学方法在神经内科临床本科实践教学中的应用效果。方法 选取2022-2023年在第九○○医院神经内科进行临床实践的78名本科生为研究对象,分为观察组和对照组,每组39名医学生。观察组采用TBL联合CP教学方法进行教学,对照组采用传统教学方法。实践教学结束后,通过出科考核、满意度评价及综合成绩,比较两组教学方法的效果,同时对观察组进行教学质量评价。结果 观察组医学生理论考核成绩、技能考核成绩、综合成绩和满意度评价均高于对照组(P<0。05);对照组的学习兴趣满意度高于观察组(P<0。05);观察组对教学质量的评价中,大部分医学生对教学质量评价内容表示同意或强烈同意。结论 TBL联合CP教学方法在丰富医学生专业知识、培养综合能力方面优于传统教学模式,可以增强医学生学习的独立性和主动性,促进教学质量提升,提高教学效果满意度,具有较高的临床带教价值。
Study on Application of TBL Combined with CP Teaching Method in Practical Teaching of Neurology in Undergraduate Education
Objective To explore the application effect of TBL combined with CP teaching method in clinical practice teaching of neurology of undergraduate education.Methods 78 undergraduates were taking part in clinical practice in the neurology department of the 900 Hospital from 2022 to 2023 were selected as the research subjects and divided into the observation group and the control group,with 39 medical students in each group.The observation group was taught with the TBL combined with CP teaching method,while the control group was taught with traditional teaching method.After the practical teaching is completed,the effectiveness of the two teaching methods were compared through assessments graduated from department,satisfaction evaluations,and comprehensive scores.At the same time,the teaching quality of the observation group will be evaluated.Results The theoretical assessment scores,skill assessment scores,comprehensive scores,and satisfaction evaluations of medical students in the observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction level of learning interest in the control group was higher than that in the observation group(P<0.05).In the observation group's evaluation of teaching quality,the majority of medical students expressed agreement or strong agreement with the evaluation content of teaching quality.Conclusion The TBL combined with CP teaching method is superior to traditional teaching method in enriching medical students'professional knowledge and cultivating their comprehensive abilities.It can enhance the independence and initiative of medical students'learning,promote the improvement of teaching quality,and enhance the satisfaction of teaching effectiveness.It has high clinical teaching value.
