Application of POA Teaching Strategy Based on OBE Concept in Reform of Nursing Research Course
Objective To explore the application effect of POA teaching strategy based on OBE concept in the reform of Nursing Research course.Methods Grade 2018 nursing students were selected as the control group,and Grade 2019 nursing students were selected as the experimental group.The control group received mixed online and offline teaching plan,while the experimental group received the POA teaching strategy based on the OBE concept.Compared the course assessment scores of two groups of students and their evaluations of the course.Results The students in the experimental group achieved better scores in their daily performance,final exam,and overall evaluation than the control group(P<0.05).The evaluation and overall evaluation of the course value,content learning,personal experience,behavioral learning by students in the experimental group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Nursing Research course teaching plan based on the OBE concept and POA teaching strategy to improve nursing undergraduates'course evaluation scores and enhance their evaluation of the course value.
