Research and Exploration on Jigsaw Teaching Model Based on Constructivism in Nursing Interns'Clinical Practice
Objective To explore the application effect of Jigsaw teaching model based on constructivism in nursing interns'clinical practice.Methods Guided by constructivism,the requirements of the internship outline were studied,and a clinical practice plan of Jigsaw teaching model based on constructivism was designed.The study was conducted on 42 nursing interns in Shenzhen University General Hospital from 2023 to 2024.By evaluating nursing interns'self-taught ability before and after intervention,compiling report scores,investigating the depth of their practical teaching participation,classroom performance,and attitudes towards the Jigsaw teaching model,the application effect of the Jigsaw teaching model based on constructivism was evaluated.Results The percentage of scores in various dimensions of nursing interns'depth of practical teaching participation showed that they invested more in behavior.In terms of performance in nursing internship class,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)between nursing interns'total score in the expert group and the original group.Compared to traditional teaching method,88.10%of nursing interns prefer this teaching model.The nursing interns'report was(80.38±5.13)score.Compared with before intervention,the nursing interns'self-taught ability has improved(P<0.001).Conclusion In nursing interns'clinical practice teaching,adopting the Jigsaw teaching model based on constructivism can enhance their self-taught ability,increase their participation and satisfaction,and provide reference for the innovation of clinical nursing practice teaching methods.
