Application of Situational Simulation Workshop Teaching Model Based on Decision Oriented Evaluation in General Nursing Interns'Teaching
Objective To explore the application effect of the situational simulation workshop teaching model based on decision oriented evaluation in general nursing interns'teaching.Methods From January 2023 to April 2024,78 nursing students who interning in the general practice department of Deyang People's Hospital were selected as the research subjects and divided into control group and observation group,39 nursing students in each group.The control group received normal general practice nursing teaching plan,while the observation group received situational simulation workshop teaching plan based on decision oriented evaluation on the basis of the control group.The nursing interns'comprehensive scores,self-taught ability,post competence,and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After implementing the situational simulation workshop teaching model based on decision oriented evaluation,the comprehensive scores,total scores of self-taught ability,total scores of post competence,and total scores of teaching satisfaction of nursing interns in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The situational simulation workshop teaching model based on decision oriented evaluation can effectively improve nursing interns'self-taught ability and comprehensive scores,thereby demonstrating high post competence and teaching satisfaction,and is worthy of further promotion and application.
