Application Practice of Early Emotional Nursing in Interventional Treatment of Cerebrovascular Disease
Objective To investigate the impact of early emotional nursing on the clinical efficacy,psychological status,medication compliance,and nursing satisfaction of patients undergoing cerebrovascular intervention surgery.Methods 60 patients who undergoing cerebrovascular intervention surgery at Qingyang People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were randomly selected as the study subjects and divided into control group and observation group.30 cases in the control group received routine nursing care.Observation group of 30 cases received early emotional nursing.Compared and analyze the clinical efficacy,psychological status and medication compliance before and after nursing,and nursing satisfaction of two groups of patients after treatment.Results The anxiety and depression scores of the observation group after nursing were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate,medication compliance,and nursing satisfaction of the observation group after nursing were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early emotional nursing intervention for patients undergoing cerebrovascular intervention surgery can improve their adverse psychological states,enhance treatment efficacy and medication compliance,and increase nursing satisfaction.
