药学类专业现代学徒制师徒关系现状调研与问题研究

目的 基于学徒的视角探索中国特色现代学徒制的发展道路,构建良好、健康、和谐的师徒关系,为优化现代学徒制人才培养模式、提高人才培养质量提供参考.方法 编制调查问卷,于2023年9-12月对江苏省6所开设五年制高职药学类专业的职业院校中参与现代学徒制的学生开展问卷调查.结果 不同带教考核管理机制、实习期间表现优秀师徒奖励对象的职业相关支持和心理社会支持得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同师徒关系确立形式的学徒的职业相关支持得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 为构建健康融洽的师徒关系,企业应制定科学合理的师傅选拔制度、提升师傅的技能和素养,学校应重视学徒的培训,使学徒明确参与现代学徒制的意义.应以学校为主体,共同签订企业、师傅和学徒三方协议,明确各方责任和义务,落实师徒关系的确立形式与制度保障,从而确保现代学徒制的人才培养质量.
Study on the Status and Problems of Teacher-apprentice Relationship of Modern Apprenticeship System in Pharmaceutical Majors
Objective To explore the development path of modern apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics from the perspective of apprentices.To build a good,healthy and harmonious teacher-apprentice relationship,and provide reference for optimizing the personnel training model of modern apprenticeship system and improving the quality of personnel training.Methods A survey questionnaire was developed to conduct a survey from September to December 2023 among students participating in the modern apprenticeship system in six higher vocational colleges offering five-year higher vocational pharmaceutical majors in Jiangsu Province.Results There was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05)in the scores of career related support and psychosocial support for different teaching assessment and management mechanisms,as well as reward recipients for excellent performance during internships.There was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05)in the career related support scores of apprentices with different forms of teacher-apprentice relationship establishment.Conclusion In order to build a healthy and harmonious teacher-apprentice relationship,enterprises should establish a scientific and reasonable teacher selection system,enhance the skills and qualities of teachers,and colleges should attach importance to apprentice training,so that apprentices can clearly understand the significance of participating in modern apprenticeship system.Colleges should be the main leader,jointly signing tripartite agreements between en-terprises,teachers,and apprentices,clarifying the responsibilities and obligations of each party,implementing the establishment of teacher-apprentice relationship and institutional guarantees,so as to ensure the quality of personnel cultivation in modern appren-ticeship system.
