Meta-integration and Countermeasure Research Based on the Needs of Home-based Community Nursing Services for the Elderly in China
Objective To systematically evaluates relevant literatures on the needs for home-based community nursing services for the elderly in China,and provide targeted suggestions and index references for home-based community nursing for elderly services in China.Methods Computer searches were conducted on PubMed,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),China Biology Medicine disc(CBMdisc),Duxiu,VIP,and Wanfang data to collect relevant literatures on the needs for home-based community nursing services for elderly in China.The search period was from the establishment of the database to December 31,2023.Conducted a systematic review of the included literatures with the Meta-integration method.Results A total of 18 literatures were included,classified into 6 new categories,and summarized into 3 results,i.e.the demand for services of integrated medical and conservation,the demand for humanistic care,and the demand for basic environmental of nursing for elderly.Conclusion A sound nursing for elderly management mechanism should be established to provide a demand-based service model.Establish a sound training mechanism for nursing for elderly service personnel and create a new model of home-based community nursing for elderly services with traditional Chinese medicine characteristics,improve the living conditions for nursing for elderly,establish the concept of intelligent nursing for elderly services,enhance the"soft power"of nursing for elderly services,and strive to move towards"intelligent"nursing for elderly through superior-subordinate linkage.
