Study on the Perioperative Impact of Optimizing Operating Room Nursing on Elderly Patients Undergoing Percutaneous Vertebroplasty for Thoracolumbar Fracture
Objective To analyze the perioperative impact of optimizing operating room nursing on elderly patients undergoing percutaneous vertebroplasty for thoracolumbar fracture(TLE-PVP).Methods 100 patients with TLF-PVP admitted to Gansu Provincial Hospital of TCM from January to December 2023 were selected as research object. They were divided into observation group and control group by envelope method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine operating room nursing, while the observation group received optimized operating room nursing.Compared two groups of hemodynamic indicators, postoperative recovery indicators, intraoperative temperature changes, stress response, coagulation function, and negative emotions. Results After surgery,HR decreased in both groups, but was higher in the observation group(P<0.05).MAP and SvO2 increased in both groups, and were higher in the observation group(P<0.05).The intraoperative bleeding volume, operation time, intraoperative fluid replacement volume, consciousness recovery time, feeding time, gastrointestinal function recovery time, and bed activity time in the observation group were all less than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 15 minutes,30 minutes, and 60 minutes in operation, and post operation, both groups showed a decrease in body temperature, but the observation group had a higher temperature(P<0.05).After surgery, both groups showed an increase in Cor,E,and NE,but the observation group had a lower level(P<0.05).After surgery,APTT and TT increased in both groups, but the observation group had lower levels(P<0.05).Fib decreased in both groups, but the observation group had higher levels(P<0.05).After surgery, both groups showed a decrease in SAS and SDS,with the observation group showing even lower levels(P<0.05).Conclusion Optimizing operating room nursing for TLF-PVP patients can effectively maintain their hemodynamic stability, avoid hypothermia, reduce the body's stress response caused by surgery, and improve patients'negative emotions.
