Strength Analysis of Interior Hybrid Magnet Rotor for High-Speed Servo Motor
In order to solve the strength problem of the interior hybrid magnet high-speed permanent magnet servo motor at high speeds,finite element method was used to analyze the rotor strength of the motor.Emphasis was placed on the stress state of rotor core under the combined action of centrifugal force and torque.Based on the analysis results,the minimum theoretical size of the weak points on the rotor punch could be determined,and the relationship between different loads and maximum stress was analyzed.The analysis results have certain guiding significance for evaluating the safety of rotor operation.
