Research on Simulation Method of Aircraft Propeller Force Based on Electromagnetic Force Abstract
Aircraft propeller propulsion system is the main propulsion device of low-speed aircraft near space,the reliability of the motor that provides power will directly affect the long-term air-staying and cruising ability of the aircraft.It is necessary to consider the influence of complex external forces on the motor structure and bearings when the propeller is working.An electromagnetic loading device was proposed,which could simulate the axial force,overturning force,radial force and alternating loads such as vibration and impact transmitted to the motor shafting when the propeller was actually working.The design scheme occupied a small space and had a simple structure,which could meet the requirements of commissioning test in the environmental simulation test cabin and verify the reliability of the motor,the structural design and the rationality of bearing selection.
